Browsing and the demonstration
The public demo contains illustrative planning records. It does not expose the private workspace or save changes made by visitors. We have not installed advertising pixels or audience analytics on this site. Essential session cookies support sign in and request protection. They are not used for advertising.
The private workspace
Authorised users have an email address, name, role and securely hashed password. We store their planning records, approval actions and any observations they enter to provide the workspace. Please keep personal customer information out of campaign notes unless it is necessary and authorised. Provider accounts are not connected in this initial release.
Enquiries and security
Contact links open your email app. If you choose to email us, we use the information you supply to respond to your enquiry. To protect sign in, the application temporarily records a hash of the connection address for failed login rate limiting. Website logs are configured without visitor IP addresses, query strings or request bodies. Hosting is on our Hetzner server, with private recovery copies on the same server.
Your choices
You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of information held about you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Workspace records and recovery copies are currently retained for continuity; a fuller client retention and account management process will be established before external customer onboarding opens. This initial release does not offer public registration, marketing subscriptions or automated campaign sending.
